Welcome to the ITIL® 4 Practitioner: Supplier Management course. This course is for anyone who is preparing to sit the ITIL® 4 Practitioner: Supplier Management examination. The aim is to provide learners with an understanding of the key concepts, processes, roles and competencies, information and technology support, partners and suppliers, ITIL capability model; and ITIL guiding principles connected with the practice.
